DANIELS – The University of Charleston took home all the golf hardware that was available on Wednesday at the Resort at Glade Springs.

The Golden Eagles swept the Mountain East Conference tournament men’s and women’s team and individual championships on the Cobb Course.

Charleston produced the top three individual scores in winning the women’s title by 32 shots, carding an 87-over-par 951 to Glenville State’s 119-over 983.

The men’s competition was considerably closer, as the Golden Eagles edged Glenville State by three strokes at 889. Charleston finished the 54-hole event at 25-over.
