A Lake Wind advisory is in effect through Friday morning due to gusty winds. Gusts anywhere from 20 to 30 mph will be possible at times.

Today will be cooler, less humid, and windy thanks to yesterday’s front. Cooler air will continue to filter in across the Midlands today, so a warmup of only around 10 degrees for most can be expected.

A coastal low passing to our east will maintain at least breezy conditions Saturday along with a low chance for showers across parts of the Midlands. O
