Dehradun : In Uttarakhand, the weather has turned sharply wintry just when many had expected an early cold snap. While lower districts remain dry and clear, light rain or thundershowers are likely today over parts of Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar, and Pithoragarh.
