YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- A new vibrant community greenspace is being unveiled on Friday.

It's on the corner of Market Street and West Princeton Avenue.

Organizers say it's designed for relaxation, connection, and enjoying the beauty and nature in Youngstown.

The idea originated from 6th Ward Councilwoman Anita Davis. She hopes it will help with the redevelopment of the area.

A grand opening celebration is scheduled for 5 p.m.
