HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Three people living in separate units were displaced from their apartments after a fire broke out in the building, Hartford fire officials said.

Fire officials said they responded just after midnight and quickly extinguished the fire that happened at a brick, multi-unit apartment building on Asylum Hill.

The fire was contained to a single apartment, fire officials said.

A woman was treated on scene for possible smoke inhalation and taken to the hospital for evaluation, fire officials said.
