BEAUFORT COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) is investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday night.

At approximately 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, one adult male was found by BCSO deputies after receiving reports of a gunshot victim at a residence on Big Estate Road.

The victim was transported by Beaufort County EMS to a hospital.

This incident is being investigated.
