Don’t panic. And don’t believe everything circulating on the internet. Maybe don’t believe everything appearing to be going on in our own gardens at face value.
Nature is not exempt from alarming proliferations of misinformation circulating with second-guessing, wild speculation and dire predictions of extinction of all species when our sun explodes and obliterates the planets. Well, maybe the last is true, but most likely, extinction will come only in a few billion years — not tomorrow, next year or the next foreseeable century unless, as astrophysicist Brian Cox said, we blow ourselves up first with our own carelessness and warmongering. ×
