MONTICELLO, Ky. (WKYT) - A Wayne County man already charged in a child sexual exploitation investigation is now facing additional counts after investigators identified another juvenile victim.

According to Kentucky State Police, 23 new charges have been filed against 25-year-old Jorge Martin Vasquez Jr. after a juvenile victim was located in Laurel County.

The new charges include seven counts of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance, seven counts of use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance, one count of promoting the use of a minor by electronic means, one count of first-degree sexual abuse, and seven counts of distributing matter portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance.
