CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WV News) — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) announced that the fall turkey hunting season will begin on Oct. 11 in all 55 counties of West Virginia.

The first segment of the season will run from Oct. 11–19 statewide. The second segment, offering an additional week of hunting, will be open from Oct. 27 to Nov. 2 in 13 counties. A third and final segment will be open from Oct. 27 to Nov. 16, providing three additional weeks of hunting in 14 counties.
