Pivotal moments decided the outcome. Relief pitcher Orion Kerkering, after bobbling the ball, threw home instead of first base. He even admitted to have made costly fielding blunder. Dodgers pinch-runner Hyeseon Kim scored the winning run, sealing the Phillies’ elimination.
