Popular Bristol Italian restaurant to open new eatery in Clifton View Image

A popular family-run Italian restaurant where c ustomers queue outside to get a seat is set to open a new eatery in Clifton Village. Moltobuono has submitted plans to Bristol City Council to move into the former Fishers Seafood Restaurant in Princess Victoria Street.

It is currently based down the hill on Park Street. In planning documents , architects said there would be changes to the front of the building including a new door, windows, signage and a canopy.

They said: “It is proposed the new restaurant will be fully refurbished and provide for 72 covers plus staff. “To improve fire escape it is proposed an additional door is introduced to the front of the property where an existing window is.
