Party Fowl is expanding its Nashville hot chicken concept to the Vanderbilt area with a new restaurant scheduled to open at Aertson Midtown this month.

The location to operate at 2031 Broadway is near Vanderbilt’s stadium and Music Row and last housed Ichigo Ichie restaurant.

In preparation of the opening, the company announced a hiring push to fill more than 100 positions including front- and back-of-house roles, including servers, bartenders and cooks.

The Vanderbilt-area restaurant is part of an expansion plan as Party Fowl emerges from a 2024 bankruptcy and a failed 2022 plan to move its original Gulch location across the street.
