Entegrus hosted its 13th annual thanksgiving community lunch Friday to ensure individuals and families facing challenging times can enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal.
Numerous people came out to the Spirit and Life Centre in Chatham to enjoy a meal prepared by Dresden’s Burns Restaurant, which has supported the event every year.
The meal, which included turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots as well as pumpkin and apple pie, was served by Entegrus employees.
“For 13 years we have come together to help support our community with this event,” said Entegrus president and CEO Jim Hogan in a media release. “We are proud to continue this tradition with the St. Joseph – St. Ursula Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, and grateful for the opportunity to give back.”
