LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — FBI Las Vegas reported the results of a recent effort to curb violent crime in Las Vegas and across the country.

According to a social media post from the FBI’s Las Vegas field office, “Operation Summer Heat” resulted in 114 arrests. Those arrests, officials said, included fugitives, homicide suspects, armed robbers, gang members and other violent offenders.

Officials said 16 guns were recovered during the operation. Additionally, 15 drug seizures were reported.
