Authorities say Cante Redstone was restrained on the ground when an officer felt a pain in his calf, and noticed Redstone biting him.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – What started as a somewhat routine domestic disturbance call may lead to felony charges for a Fargo man who reportedly bit an arresting officer in the leg.

The Fargo Police Department says that on October 9, around 5:00 P.M., they received a call asking for them to remove Cante Redstone from an apartment at 704 23rd St. It seems he used to live there, but no longer does, and was now refusing to leave.

When they arrived, officers attempted to guide Redstone from the apartment, but Redstone resisted and tried to return. Officers then tried to put Redstone in handcuffs, but he continued to resist, so the officers took him to the ground.
