MANDAN, ND (KXNET) — If you haven't been out Halloween candy shopping already, you may be shocked to find out how expensive it has all gotten. And for events like Mandan Police Department's upcoming Trunk-or-Treat event, it can become a pricey endeavor for the department to fund.

But, thanks to the Mandan Eagles Club, the cost of the Trunk-or-Treat won't hit quite so hard. The Eagles club recently donated 15-hundred dollars to the Mandan Police Department to help fund the candy budget for the Trunk-or -Treat event.
