INDIANAPOLIS — "As soon as I saw it, I was like, 'That's the one,'" Indianapolis street artist Kwazar Martin said.

Martin is talking about the inspiration behind his latest mural at 38th Street and College Avenue.

"My newest project is Jim Irsay," Martin said. "I wanted to do a tribute to him. He's been giving for a long time to the city."

Martin is a self-proclaimed Indianapolis Colts fan who grew up in the city. He remembers celebrating the Colts' 2007 Super Bowl win when Irsay was leading the organization.

That win, and Irsay's only Vince Lombardi trophy, was the inspiration for Martin's work.
