BUCKSNORT, Tenn. ( WSMV /Gray News) – Several people are dead and others remain missing following an explosion at an explosives manufacturer near Nashville Friday morning.

Officials with the Hickman County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that “multiple” people were killed in a “massive” explosion at Accurate Energetic Systems in Hickman County, Tennessee.

An official with Humphrey County Emergency Management said at least 19 people remain missing and multiple others have been hospitalized.

Emergency crews are at Accurate Energetic Systems addressing the scene.
