Downtown’s modern office buildings are increasingly competing for tenants, even as the number of empty offices in the corridor remains high.
Morgan Lewis, one of Pittsburgh’s top 40 largest law firms, plans to move from the Golden Triangle’s One Oxford Centre into PPG Place in mid-2027 after spending about 30 years in the Grant Street skyscraper, a firm spokeswoman confirmed.
The firm’s new office will be nearly the same size as the space they are vacating, the spokeswoman added.
Morgan Lewis joins a growing list of law firms that have moved within Downtown or left the corridor altogether as tenants continue to scale back their office space and seek modern buildings.
