SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) -- The Sioux Falls Jaycees Feargrounds haunted house begins another season of scaring people Friday night.

The Sioux Falls Jaycees have hosted a haunted house since 1974. That's more than 50 years ago! This year's theme is 'face your phobias.' Which is a lot easier said than done. But let's give it a try. C'mon in.

"We have some phobias around every corner. The fear of dark. The fear of noises, things like that going on," Jayees Feargrounds Co-Chair Grace Arneson said.

Now, there are certain house rules that everyone has to follow. No touching the actors. No touching the props and no running in the haunted hallways.

"And it gets really dark in there! I've even ran into some walls," Arneson said.
