Now at least the rest of the Buffalo Sabres’ season can continue after The Curse of the Blue Carpet got them again.

Thursday’s 4-0 loss to the New York Rangers was hardly a putrid performance. It was still 1-0 with six minutes left before the Blueshirts broke things open.
