WEST LINN Ore. (KPTV) - Former West Linn doctor David Farley appeared in court Friday afternoon after turning himself in on sexual abuse charges, pleading not guilty to 11 counts of sexual abuse and unlawful sexual penetration.

The packed courtroom was filled with people who said they were impacted by Farley, though they declined to comment after the hearing. The current criminal case lists three alleged victims, including one minor.

Farley turned himself in on Friday morning and was booked into Clackamas County Jail before appearing virtually before a judge that afternoon.

“We enter a plea of not guilty and would like to address the release we have filed for pretrial release,” Farley’s attorney said during the hearing.
