WESTMINSTER, Maryland — “Real Housewives of Potomac” cast member Wendy Osefo and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested Thursday in Carroll County on several fraud-related charges tied to a burglary claim, Entertainment Weekly reported .

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the pair were booked in Westminster and later released after each posting bond, People reported .

Charges and Allegations

According to E! News , court documents revealed Wendy Osefo faces 16 counts, including seven felony charges, for providing false or misleading information in excess of $300 and one misdemeanor accusation for making a false statement to law enforcement. Eddie Osefo faces 18 charges, among them nine felonies, also involving false/misleading info fraud.
