Nicole Hart is the owner and a physiotherapist at Active Recovery Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic, and she chose to focus on hands when she was studying at the University of British Columbia.

“Hand therapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy or occupational therapy that treats the shoulder to the fingertips,” Hart said.
