Tucked away in the heart of Oak Bay, Liv Cafe & Bistro is a little slice of culinary comfort — with a personal touch in every corner.
“Liv is my daughter’s name,” says owner Milton Rebello. “And she acts like a boss here.”
The eatery, located at 713 St. Patrick St., is making waves for its true farm-to-table experience.
“We do breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and now we started dinners three days a week,” said Rebello.
