NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Metro Council this week approved a $355,200 grant with Neighborhood Health, a nonprofit that provides medical, dental and behavioral health services to people experiencing homelessness across Davidson County.
The funding will help sustain outreach and clinic services for at least 3,500 unhoused residents through Neighborhood Health's downtown and surrounding clinics. The contract runs through June 2026.

Neighborhood Health CEO Brian Haile said the organization's mission is to ensure access to care for everyone, regardless of circumstance.
"Our shared goal is to make sure everyone, regardless of income, health coverage or housing status, can get the care they need," Haile said.
