MOO-OVER OPENING: The allergen-free dessert shop Moo-Over is opening its new location in Fort Wayne at Covington Plaza today. A ribbon-cutting at the business, 6380 W. Jefferson Blvd., is scheduled for 11 a.m. The new 1,500-square-foot location offers more dine-in space and an enhanced safety configuration to reduce worries about food allergies, a news release said. Moo-Over founder, CEO and chef Julie Hurd opened the first location in 2020 in Columbia City.
