TEMECULA — Redemption was sweet for Murrieta Mesa cornerback Kian Hendricks against Great Oak on Friday night.

Hendricks, who had batted a pass into the hands of Wolfpack receiver Blake Certeza for a touchdown and a Great Oak lead midway through the third quarter, intercepted a pass to break open a tight game in the fourth quarter and ignite the Rams, who dominated the fourth quarter for a 42-21 victory over their Big West Conference-South Division rivals.
