SIOUX CITY -- A Sioux City man out on bond after being arrested for soliciting sex acts from an underage girl has been arrested a second time for asking a supposed 13-year-old girl to send him nude photos online.

Ricky Brown, 51, was arrested Thursday and booked into the Woodbury County Jail on a Class D felony charge of grooming. Bond was set at $5,000.

Brown is charged with conducting an Oct. 4 private conversation with a girl who identified herself as a 13-year-old on a phone app called Meet24. According to court documents, Brown told the girl she was too young and he'd recently been arrested for sending pictures and having phone sex with another underage girl. He continued speaking with the teen and eventually asked her to send him nude photos.
