Mr. Wedemeyer currently serves as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of HighGround Advisors, a non-profit investment and trust services company. He previously served as a Director and Member of the Audit Committees of Ensco PLC, which merged with Rowan Companies PLC and renamed Valaris PLC in 2019; Horizon Offshore, Inc.; and Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company.
