SIOUX CITY — Sam’s Club shoppers will now have some more time to browse the store on Sundays.

USA Today reported Thursday that the membership-only warehouse club is “ expanding its hours of operation on Sundays starting Oct. 12.”

In Sioux City, hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for its “Plus Members” with the store opening up at 9 a.m. for other members. Sunday hours for regular members were 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The store locator for Sam’s Club shows that hours for the Sioux City location on South York Street are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. “Plus Member” hours begin at 8 a.m. every day.
