There are plenty of exaggerations that everything is coming from Summerville, but it doesn’t feel far fetched these days. Restaurants from Naan Appetit and Woodhaven Pizza , retailers like women’s boutique Monkee’s and homebuilders alike are itching to invest in the booming South Carolina city.

Kolter Homes is no different. The private Florida investment firm has released its final phase at The Ponds , which will have 211 homes upon completion. Already, 41 homes have been released with decorated models expected to be available for touring in early 2026.

This will be Kolter’s first release of homesites in The Ponds in more than five years.
