ANDERSON, S.C. —
An arrest has been made after the Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic incident.
We're told deputies were called to Samuel Camp Road in Anderson late Friday night, where a suspect barricaded himself in a home.
SWAT and negotiation teams were on the scene and later cleared after the arrest.
According to a sheriff's office representative, Nicholas Earl Wells faces multiple charges, including domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, assault and battery in the first degree, resisting arrest, and pointing and presenting a firearm. He was also served with two outstanding family court bench warrants.
No injuries were reported.
Wells will see a judge Saturday.
