A house in Seneca Falls that sold for $272,500 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Seneca County between Sep. 20 and Oct. 10.

The county saw a total of six residential real estate sales during the past three weeks, averaging $286,167. The average price per square foot was $137.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 20 to the week of Oct. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 2,302-square-foot single-family home at 24 Stark St. in Waterloo, has been sold. The total purchase price was $199,000, $86 per square foot. The house was built in 1900. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Aug. 29
