KINGSTON, N.Y. — Wall Street was crowded on Saturday afternoon as hundreds gathered for the O+ Festival Block Party.

The party, a street fair of sorts serving as a community celebration of wellness, art, and music, kicked off at 1 p.m. Dozens of booths, staffed by local vendors, wellness organizations, and community groups, lined the street.

The festival, celebrating its 15th year, kicked off Friday with a parade through the streets of Uptown. Dozens of other events took place both Friday and Saturday, all blending the arts with wellness, as is the festival’s focus.
