EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- For some childen, Christmas can be a sad day, instead of a joyful one.

The Christmas Trails for Toys Car Show wants to do something to change that.

The car show be held from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12 at Fanatics Sports Bar and Grill, 11040 Montwood Dr.

The entry fee for vehicles is $10 plus a new toy (minimum value of $10).

The goal of the event is to help bring Christmas cheer to economically challenged children from the Socorro Independent School Distrct.
