The Blue Jays’ last three trips to the post-season didn’t go so well. This year’s American League division series against the New York Yankees could not have gone much better.

The face of the franchise, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., became the first player in MLB history to have at least nine hits and nine RBIs across the first four games of a playoff series. Guerrero also had three homers, and after getting booed during every at-bat in New York he relished the opportunity to taunt the Yankees on his way out of town.
