Scrambled eggs are amongst the best comfort foods for breakfast, but they can turn out watery, tough and tasteless if you're not making them with the right ingredients.

Many people add milk to scrambled eggs, but Pam Beth, a chef and founder of Pam's Daily Dish, has disclosed that this can actually destroy their texture and make them soggy.

Instead, Pam revealed the key to truly fluffy scrambled eggs is cooking them with a dash of water, as this will help the eggs puff up whilst they're being prepared.
