Kieron Walton scored twice for the Wolves (1-6-1-0), while Blake Clayton and Rowan Henderson netted singles.
Wolves goaltender Owen Leonard kicked out 22 of 25 shots.
Gabriel Frasca, Dylan Edwards and Jake Murray scored for the Otters (2-7-0-0).
