ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed its disagreement with the joint statement issued by India and Afghanistan following the visit of the Taliban Foreign Minister to India. Pakistan also criticised the remarks made by Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi after his first visit to India. The reference in the India-Taliban joint statement that Jammu and Kashmir is part of India has angered Pakistan. The Pakistani Foreign Ministry pointed out that this is a clear violation of UN Security Council resolutions. Pakistan also stated that it has conveyed its disagreement to the Additional Foreign Secretary for West Asia and Afghanistan.
