In the 130th meeting of the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry, both teams did not disappoint as Georgia defeated Auburn 20-10.

The Tigers drop to 3-3 overall and remain winless in the SEC at 0-3. Auburn will host No. 14 Missouri next week after falling to Alabama at home.

Auburn jumped out to an early 10-0 over the Bulldogs. However, the Tigers gave up 20 unanswered points in front of a stunned Jordan-Hare Stadium crowd.

Similar to what Auburn did in the first half, Georgia held the Tigers to just 40 total yards in the second half. Jackson Arnold completed 61% of his passed for 137 yards and just one touchdown on the ground.

Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton extended the Bulldogs lead to double digits after rushing in a 10-yard touchdown with two minutes left in the game.
