Kyler Murray suffered a foot injury in last week’s loss to the Tennessee Titans that left his status for Arizona’s next game in doubt all week. The Cardinals quarterback did return to practice Friday but that hasn’t brought his fantasy managers much comfort as they await official word on his status against the Indianapolis Colts.

Await no more. It appears as though Murray will be out. According to ESPN, Jacoby Brissett is expected to start in his place. It’s a tough blow for a Cardinals team looking to get back into the win column after dropping three straight games. That won’t be easy to do against a Colts team that looks like one of the NFL’s best.

Is Jacoby Brissett worth adding in fantasy?

Probably not. Brissett isn’t someone who puts up huge passing numbers and unlike Murray, he isn’t a threat to run. So, his fantasy upside is extremely limited.
