BEAUFORT COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) is investigating a shooting that injured multiple people on St. Helena.

BCSO confirmed at least 20 were injured during the shooting, 4 people were transported in critical condition to the hospital and 4 were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. on Sunday, when BCSO received multiple reports of a shooting at Willie’s Bar and Grill, located on 7 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.

Several people were found suffering from gunshot wounds. BCSO learned that at least a hundred people were at the location when the shooting took place.
