Sarah Jessica Parker counted herself lucky to work with the late Diane Keaton not once — but twice.
“Diane Keaton has been a point of inspiration for countless actresses. I include myself among those who loved and admired her,” Parker, 60, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, October 12. “I was very privileged to witness her singular skill and talent on both First Wives Club and The Family Stone.”
News broke on Saturday, October 11, that Keaton died at the age of 79. The Oscar-winning actress, who is survived by her two children, starred as Annie Paradis in 1996’s The First Wives Club, a buddy comedy where a trio of women (Keaton, Goldie Hawn and Bette Midler) plot revenge on their exes, who all leave them for younger women.
