Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Mykhail Markin, 37, who was last seen in the Walkley Road area on Sept. 28.

At the time, he was wearing a grey T-shirt and dark pants.

He is described as Caucasian, five feet seven inches tall with a brown beard and a medium build.

Police said there were concerns for his health and well-being.

Anyone with information was asked to call the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
