A housing developer has revealed plans for 141 new homes to be constructed on the new Kingswood development at Broomhall.
Taylor Wimpey has lodged a planning application which would see properties constructed, with associated infrastructure, on land adjacent to the Pitreavie Business Park.
They would be part of a masterplan for the site which is set to see the provision of around 2,150 houses, along with two new primary schools and health care facilities, as well as a range of retail and commercial units.
The newest submission would see Taylor Wimpey build on land at the southern part of the Kingswood site, which would form phase one of the development.
