Ask LeRone Wilson about his new solo exhibition of his beeswax sculptures, and he will point to the heavens to tell you about it.

“It’s like stepping from one planet to another planet, or a star from another star, and trying to figure out what the actual texture is,” said Wilson of his “sculpted paintings,” as he calls them.
