NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- Heavy winds and rains downed trees and power lines overnight along with some coastal flooding, with more flooding expected during Monday afternoon's high tide.
Thousands were without power across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as the nor'easter worked its way up the Mid-Atlantic.

All of New Jersey has been under a state of emergency since Saturday night. It's expected to last into Monday afternoon, authorizing the state's emergency services personnel to be activated as necessary.
