Police in Aberdeen have arrested and charged ten people in connection with domestic abuse offences.

A five-day operation carried out by the Community Action Team saw the arrests made between Monday, October 6 and Friday, October 10.

Those arrested include two women and eight men who will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal and will appear at court at a later date.

Inspector Lisa Kerr said: "Domestic abuse will not be tolerated in our communities. We are committed to supporting victims and ensuring those responsible for such offences are held accountable.
