An early season rainstorm will bring substantial rain to the Bay Area and Central Coast, with 0.25-1.5 inches in the lower elevations and up to 3 inches in higher elevations. Thunderstorms are also possible and would bring locally higher rain totals. Minor urban and small stream flooding is expected especially across the Central Coast where the heaviest rainfall is expected.
